The Campaign management system allows users to create, edit, and delete campaigns. Each campaign is mapped to specific compositions, which are further linked to respective screens for displaying content. Campaigns can be classified into two types: Instant Campaigns and Scheduled Campaigns. Below is a detailed explanation of each campaign type and their functionality.

Purpose: Instant campaigns allow changes to reflect immediately on the paired screens.
Key Feature: As soon as the campaign is created or modified, the content is pushed directly to the associated screens.
Use Case: Ideal for urgent announcements or real-time updates.
Purpose: Scheduled campaigns allow content to be displayed on screens based on a defined start and end date with specific timing.
Details to Configure:
Start Date and Time: The exact date and time when the campaign should begin displaying on the associated screens.
End Date and Time: The exact date and time when the campaign should stop displaying.
Use Case: Suitable for planned promotions, events, or pre-scheduled updates.
To create a campaign:
Navigate to the Campaign Management section.
Click on the Create Campaign button.
Enter the required details:
Campaign Name: Provide a unique name for the campaign.
Campaign Type: Select either "Instant" or "Scheduled."
For scheduled campaigns, specify the Start Date and Time and End Date and Time.
Select the composition to map with the campaign.
Pair the campaign with the desired screen(s).
Review the details and click Save to finalize the campaign.
To modify an existing campaign:
Locate the campaign in the Campaign List.
Click on the Edit button next to the campaign.
Update the necessary fields, such as:
Campaign name
Campaign type (instant or scheduled)
Start/End Date and Time (for scheduled campaigns)
Compositions or screens
Click Save to apply the changes.
For Instant Campaigns, the changes will reflect immediately on the paired screens. For Scheduled Campaigns, the changes will take effect based on the updated schedule.
To delete a campaign:
Locate the campaign in the Campaign List.
Click on the Delete button next to the campaign.
Confirm the deletion in the prompt.
⚠️ Note: Deleting a campaign will unpair it from all associated screens and remove it from the system.
Each campaign must be linked to a composition, which in turn is mapped to specific screens. This ensures the correct content is displayed at the right place and time.
Create or edit the campaign as described above.
Select the Composition that contains the desired content.
Choose the screen(s) where the campaign should be displayed.
Save the changes to finalize the mapping.
