You can create, manage, and modify staff profiles, including their personal and job-related details. The following steps outline how to create, edit, and delete a staff profile.

1. Creating a New Staff Profile

To create a new staff profile, you need to provide the following information:

  1. Profile Image

    • Upload a clear and professional photo of the staff member.

  2. Personal Details

    • First Name: Enter the first name of the staff member.

    • Last Name: Enter the last name of the staff member.

    • Mobile Number: Enter a valid mobile phone number.

    • Email: Enter the staff member’s professional email address.

    • Password: Create a strong password for the staff profile. The password must meet the following criteria:

      • At least 8 characters long.

      • Contain at least one lowercase letter.

      • Contain at least one numeric digit.

      • Contain at least one uppercase letter.

      • Contain at least one special character (e.g., @, #, $, %, etc.).

  3. Date of Birth

    • Select the staff member’s date of birth from the calendar.

  4. Gender

    • Choose the gender of the staff member from the available options (e.g., Male, Female, Other).

  5. Address

    • Enter the staff member's residential address.

2. Job Details

Provide the job-related information for the staff member:

  1. Role

    • Select the staff member's role from the dropdown list.

  2. Job Title

4. Deleting a Staff Profile
