How to manage the subscription plan in signagemint?

This section explains the subscription options, free trial details, upgrading plans, and managing your subscription on Signagemint.

Free plan with 15-day trial

All newly registered accounts are automatically enrolled in a Free Plan with the following benefits during the 15-day trial period:

  • Screens: Add 1 screen to your account.

  • Access: Full access to all modules and features.

  • Media: Ability to upload and use all types of media files.

After the trial period, users can choose to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the platform without restrictions.

Upgrading your plan 

  1. Upgrade Options:
    You can choose between Monthly and Annual subscription packages based on your needs.

  2. Purchase Additional Screens:

    • When upgrading, you can purchase screens based on your requirements.

    • Each package includes the option to select the number of screens you need.

  3. Payment Process:

    • During the first payment, you will be prompted to enter your card details.

    • These card details are securely saved for future billing purposes.

  4. Auto-Deduction of Payments:

    • Payments are automatically deducted from your saved card at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) based on your subscription package.

Managing your subscription

  1. Access Subscription Management:
    Navigate to the Manage Subscription section within your SignageMint account.

  2. Renew or Cancel Subscription:

    • Renewal: Continue your subscription without interruptions by confirming your renewal settings.

    • Cancellation: Cancel your subscription at any time to stop further charges. Access to the platform features will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
